Condo overlooks the Caribbean Sea and beaches of Frigate Bay with nothing to block the view. Private gazebo, and this is the only condo in the development with a path to the ocean. Private, detached laundry shed and gardens, 2 private parking places. Condo has studio bedroom with kitchenette and separate bedroom with trundle bed (single bed above, pull-out bed from below), suitable for couple plus one adult; or couple plus two younger children.
The Horizons Villas development is located on the Caribbean side of Frigate Bay (the ocean side of St. Kitts is generally too violent for swimming). It’s an easy 10-minute walk along the water or short 5-minute drive to the best beach bars, restaurants and swimming in St. Kitts. Marshall’s restaurant, considered one of the top 5 restaurants on the Island, is located on the top level.
Although technically a “condo” located in the beautiful Horizons Villas development, there is no condominium association here, and therefore no condo rules to concern you. This will be your own private residence, similar to a villa, and how you choose to spend your time will not upset anyone. The condo is located at the very end of a road at the very bottom of the 3-level Resort development, and you have an un-restricted view of the sea to the south and west; total privacy from the rest of the development; and the only sounds you will hear are soft waves breaking on the shore and birds singing in the trees. If you want "romantic," this is it.
